These settings adjust miscellaneous properties of
recording and playback.
Explanations
Here are explanations for the options shown above.
MouseClick Events. Activates eValid's ability to record mouse click events. This feature is normally ON.
MouseDown Events. Activates eValid's ability to record mouse down events.
MouseDrag Events. Activates eValid's ability to record mouse drag events.
MouseOver Events. Activates eValid's ability to record mouse over events.
Text Field Entry. Activates eValid's ability to record mouse text field entries.
Tab Stops. Activates eValid's ability to record tabs
Navigation. When activated this instructs eValid to note when a mouse click results in a navigation event. This feature is normally ON.
MouseOver Pause (msec). This value determines how many milliseconds (msecs) must elapse before a mouseover is recorded.
Enter/Return Key. Activates eValid recording of the Enter/Record key.
Space key. Activates eValid recording of the Space bar.
Tab Key. Activates eValid recording of the Tab key.
Element MouseOver Recording.
If activated [the Default is ON] eValid will record all mouseover events.
In some cases this may result in a length recording,
particularly if the web page in the browser has many mouseover effects.
In such cases you may prefer to turn off Element MouseOver Recording.
