These settings affect how a script plays back.
Explanations
Here are explanations for the options shown above.
Wait Time Multiplier. Normally the intervals you record are played back exactly as you recorded them. The Wait Time Multiplier multiplies the delays by any number you choose. If you choose 0.0 then there are no delays during playback.
Wait Ceiling (msec). This is the maximum time a Wait command is in effect.
Wait Floor (msec). This is the minimum time a Wait command is in effect.
Command Delay (msec).
This value is the amount of time to wait,
in addition to any commanded Wait times,
after each command execution.
Form Fill Delay (msec).
This value is the interval to use in
simulating user activity during playback of a FORM being filled out.
Max Download Time (msec).
This is the maximum time a sownload is given to happen.
Multiple Playbacks 'n' value. This value applies when you use Run Multiple.
Simulate Modem.
eValid can simulate any speed modem
(8Kbps to 1024 Kbps)
if you set this option and choose a valid speed.
Audible Alerts. Turns on the default alert sound when there is a problem.
Suppress modal pop-ups.
Suppresses all modal popups.
Suppress only simple pop-ups.
Simple modal popus require only a single action on an input.
Repair HTML on Error. Stops playback when an error is found so that you can fix the underlying page if there was a problem.
Playback Status Notification. If you select this option, eValid shows a special page for normal, warnings but no errors, and errors encountered playbacks.
Playback Data Dialog. If you select this option, eValid gives you a display from which you can select the reports you want to see.
